It is clearly essential to address any gender-based pay discrimination that may still exist in our company or project: pay for men and women will be the same if they are carrying out the same duties. Believe it or not in the 21st century, the gender pay gap is still very much at large around the world.

Gender inequalities tend to be reproduced in different areas of business activity. Analysing gender and power dynamics, how positions of responsibility and tasks of public representation are distributed, among other aspects, can be a first effort to reflect internally on these issues and take the appropriate measures towards effective equality.

In terms of communication and marketing, we will also apply a transformative approach to convey more inclusive messages, free of sexual or racial stigmatisation, as well as an approach that involves no longer perpetuating the current stifling canons of beauty, but offering jewellery for all kinds of people, ages and bodies.
